Welcome to our new blog.
We are three self-confessed "foodies" (as Australians like to call fans of good food and wine), and contrary to our reputation in other countries, our cuisine is not confined to meat pies, sausage rolls and Vegemite sandwiches. :-)
We like to experiment with recipes from the various cultures that make up our population, and we'll be sharing some of our favorite dishes on this blog.
