Casserole Recipe: Tuna Noodle Bake
This is a very simple but tasty tuna casserole recipe. You can substitute any meat for the tuna and add some grated cheese to the mix for extra zest.
Ingredients:
8 oz ribbon noodles
2 oz butter
1 6½ oz can tuna
salt, pepper
2 eggs
1 pint milk
1. Boil noodles, drain.
2. Toss noodles with butter, flaked tuna and seasoning.
3. Turn into shallow greased ovenproof pan.
4. Mix eggs and milk, pour over noodles.
5. Dot with extra butter and bake in moderate oven for approx 40 minutes until set and top is lightly brown.
6. Serve hot with salad.
Serves 4.
