Fruity Porridge
For a healthy start to the day and something quick.
Ingredients:
1 cup of rolled oats
2 1/2 cups of buttermilk or skim milk
2 tsp margarine
1 tbsp wholemeal flour
1x 425g can Peach slices in natural juice
honey to taste
1. In a microwave-proof bowl or jug, place the margarine, flour, buttermilk, oats and honey.
2. Stir, cover and microwave on "High" for 3 minutes, stir, then continue to microwave for 3-3 1/2 minutes.
3. Place in a bowl to serve. It serves four people.
