  3. If you're not submitting recipes but simply sending feedback to receive a free copy of the book, please use the form below.

    The deadline for submissions is November 15, 2004.

    Rest assured that your e-mail address is totally secure and will never be sold to another party. We'll use it to send you to the download page and to forward information regarding the other offers on this page.
